湖北某铁矿中极低品位伴生铜硫综合回收工艺技术研究

摘    要:对湖北某铁矿中极低品位伴生铜硫进行了综合回收研究。采用铜硫混浮-铜硫分离-中矿集中脱泥流程, 闭路试验可以获得产率0.08%、Cu品位16.55%、回收率67.31%的铜精矿以及产率7.06%、S品位49.10%、回收率62.51%的硫精矿。通过铜、硫的综合回收, 为矿山带来新的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Comprehensive recovering of ultra-lean copper and sulfur minerals associated in an iron ore from Hubei province was investigated. A closed-circuit test, adopting a flowsheet consisting of Cu-S bulk flotation, Cu-S separation, and merged middlings desliming, produced a copper concentrate approaching 16.55% Cu grade at 67.31% recovery with a yield of 0.08%, and a sulfur concentrate at 49.10% S grade at 62.51% recovery with a yield of 7.06%. New economic and social benefits can be generated from the comprehensive recovery of copper and sulfur.
