摘    要:对某CaF2品位30.70%的低品位难选萤石矿进行了浮选试验研究。以碳酸钠为调整剂、Na2SiO3为抑制剂、CM-10为捕收剂, 采用中矿集中处理方式代替中矿依次返回方式, 得到了CaF2品位98.03%、回收率48.73%的萤石精矿和CaF2品位93.46%、回收率29.59%的萤石次精矿。

Abstract:Flotation tests on a refractory lean fluorite ore with CaF2 content of 30.70% were conducted. Na2CO3, Na2SiO3 and CM-10 were used respectively as regulator, depressant and collector. Instead of adopting the sequential return approach, the middlings were mixed and processed together. As a result, a fluorite concentrate with CaF2 content and recovery of 98.03% and 48.73%, and a secondary fluorite concentrate with CaF2 content and recovery of 93.46% and 29.59%, respectively, were prepared.
