摘    要:板坯角部裂纹是制约炼钢和轧钢衔接的质量问题,也是连铸过程的一个重要冲突问题。通过TRIZ理论的问题解决原理,进行了板坯角部裂纹控制的创新研究,并与实际生产效果相佐证,说明TRIZ理论在板坯角部裂纹控制应用中的有效性,为工艺的创新提供了参考依据并取得了降低成本的良好效果。

Abstract:Slab corner crack is the quality problem which restricts the connection between steelmaking and rolling,and is also an important conflict problem in the process of continuous casting. Based on the principle of TRIZ theory, the innovative research on controlling slab corner crack was carried out. With the actual production effect, it showed the effectiveness of TRIZ theory in controlling slab crack corner and the reference value for technology innovation, finally it achieved a good effect of reducing costs.
