摘    要:针对贵州某硅-钙质胶磷矿,采用双反浮选工艺进行了试验研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度-74 μm粒级占82.50%,粗选捕收剂YW-01用量1.4 kg/t、调整剂硫酸用量14 kg/t,精选捕收剂SEA用量0.5 kg/t条件下,通过一粗一精一扫闭路浮选,可得到P2O5品位30.54%、回收率88.59%、MgO含量0.81%、SiO2含量12.28%的磷精矿。

Abstract:Laboratory study was carried out to process a siliceous-calcareous cellophane ore from Guizhou province with a double-reverse flotation technique. It is found that at the grinding fineness of -74 μm 82.50%, with YW-01 and sulfuric acid as collector and regulator respectively for roughing at the optimized dosage of 1.4 kg/t and 14 kg/t, with SEA as collector for cleaning at the dosage of 0.5 kg/t, a closed-circuit test with the process consisting of one roughing, one cleaning and one scavenging resulted in a phosphate concentrate with P2O5 content of 30.54% at recovery of 88.59%, and with contents of MgO and SiO2 at 0.81% and 12.28%, respectively.
