低品位铜铅多金属硫化矿浮选分离试验研究

摘    要:对四川汉源地区某高硫型低品位铜铅多金属硫化矿进行了浮选分离试验研究。采用混合浮选得到铜铅混合精矿, 铜铅混合精矿经铜铅分离, 分别得到铜品位18.72%、含铅0.66%、含硫22.03%、铜回收率87.12%的铜精矿和铅品位59.66%、含铜0.58%、含硫14.89%、铅回收率85.72%的铅精矿; 铜铅混合浮选尾矿再浮选可进一步得到硫品位48.73%、含铜0.05%、含铅0.22%、硫回收率87.93%的硫精矿, 实现了该低品位多金属硫化矿中有价金属的综合回收。

Abstract:Flotation tests were conducted for a high-sulfur  lean Cu-Pb polymetallic sulfide ore from Hanyuan area in Sichuan province. The Cu-Pb bulk concentrate obtained from bulk flotation was taken as the feed ore  for Cu-Pb separation, resulting in 87.12% copper recovery to a copper concentrate grading 18.72% Cu, containing  0.66% Pb and 22.03% S; 85.72% lead recovery to a lead concentrate grading 59.66% Pb, 0.58% Cu and 14.89% S. Meanwhile, a sulfur concentrate grading 48.73% S, 0.05% Cu and 0.22% Pb with corresponding 87.93% S recovery was obtained by flotation of the Cu-Pb bulk flotation tailings. It is concluded that valuable resources in this lean polymetallic ore can be comprehensively recovered with this technique.
