摘    要:通过添加不同含量的氟化镍(NiF2)对改质沥青-煤焦油复合粘结剂进行改性, 并采用改性复合粘结剂与电煅无烟煤、沥青焦、熟碎制备铝电解用炭间糊, 研究NiF2添加量对炭间糊常规性能、膨胀/收缩过程、质量损失过程以及微观结构的影响。结果表明, 随着NiF2添加量增加, 炭间糊的致密程度和导电性能逐渐提高, 耐压强度和膨胀/收缩率均呈先增大后减小的变化趋势, 挥发分在8.86%~9.53%范围内波动;体积膨胀显著增加, 焦化温度提前, 残炭值提高;NiF2添加剂的反应产物以复杂混合物形式分布于粘结焦层片结构。当NiF2添加量为4%时, 炭间糊的综合性能达到最佳。

Abstract:A kind of complex binder consisting of the modified pitch and coal tar was modified by adding different amount of NiF2, which was then used, together with calcined anthracite coal, coal-derived pitch coke and baked scrap, to synthesize ramming pastes for aluminum electrolysis. The effect of NiF2 addition on the conventional properties, expansion/shrinkage process, mass loss process and microstructure of the ramming paste were investigated. Results indicated that with the increasing of NiF2 addition, the density and conductivity of ramming paste gradually increased, while both compressive strength and expansion/shrinkage ratio showed an initial rise followed by a downward trend. The volatile matter content fluctuated in the range of 8.86%~9.53%. Furthermore, an increased addition of NiF2 resulted in a remarkable volume expansion, reduction in the coking temperature and a high carbon residue value. The reaction products of NiF2 additive was distributed as a complex mixture in the aromatic layer structure of binder coke. With an addition of NiF2 at 4%, the ramming paste showed optimal comprehensive properties.
