摘    要:为了提高带钢后混式高压磨料水射流除鳞清理效率, 设计了磨料分布测试装置, 以试件表面磨料冲击坑数量来表征磨料在射流横截面上的分布, 研究了靶距和工作压力对磨料在射流横截面上分布的影响。结果表明, 磨料在射流横截面径向的分布服从正态分布规律, 靶距增大会导致磨料分布范围增大, 分布分散化、均匀化, 且磨料的分布范围与靶距成一阶线性关系; 工作压力与磨料的分布范围成正比关系, 且提高工作压力会增大喷嘴混合腔中有效混合的磨料总数。

Abstract:For improving the efficiency of the strip descaling through high-pressure abrasive waterjet, based on the designed abrasive distribution testing device, effects of target distance and working pressure on the abrasive distribution were investigated by using the numbers of impact crater on the specimen surface by abrasive to characterize the abrasive distribution in the cross section of jet flow. Results show that the abrasive distribution on the cross section of jet flow in the radial direction complies with the normal distribution rule and a longer target distance will lead to a border abrasive distribution range, presenting a first-order linear relationship. The working pressure is directly proportional to the abrasive distribution range, with the higher working pressure resulting in an increase in the total number of effectively mixed abrasives in the nozzle mixing chamber.
