摘    要:为回收某硫化铜矿浮选尾矿中的有用矿物, 提高资源利用率, 采用“预先脱泥-浮选”的工艺流程进行了试验研究。结果表明, 经预先脱除-0.02 mm粒级矿泥, 在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm粒级占90%的条件下, 以Lp-01+Y89为组合捕收剂, 石灰为pH调整剂, 水玻璃为抑制剂, 最终实验室小型闭路试验可以获得含铜15.17%、铜回收率68.37%的铜精矿, 实现了有用矿物的有效回收。

Abstract:A technique consisting of predesliming and flotation was adopted to reclaim valuable minerals from the flotation tailings of copper sulfide ore and improve the resource utilization. After a pre-discarding of slime with the grain size of -0.02 mm, a laboratory closed-circuit test was conducted with the grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 90%, Lp-01 and Y89 as a combined collector, lime as pH regulator, and sodium silicate as depressant. As a result, a copper concentrate containing 15.17% Cu was obtained with recovery of 68.37%, showing an effective recovery of such copper resource.
