摘    要:根据冷轧辊钢9Cr3Mo的性能要求,通过转炉“双渣法”冶炼工艺,采用双滑板档渣+红外报警装置控制下渣量,实现了低磷、低硫控制。试验了一种Al2O3质量分数约40%的精炼渣系,获得了熔点低,流动性好的精炼顶渣,吸附夹杂物能力大大提高,有效减少了钢中氧化物夹杂物含量。精炼后期采用变渣操作,通过加入硅石调节渣碱度,有效控制了钢中钛含量,减少了碳化物液析的产生。

Abstract:According to the qualitative demand of cold rolled steel 9Cr3Mo,double-skateboard slag retaining and infrared alarming apparatus were applied in converter using double slag process to control the mass of slag and contents of phosphorus and sulfur in slag. Refined slag with low melting point and excellent liquidity were obtained using the refining slag system with 40% Al2O3. In new refining slag system,oxide inclusion in steel could be decreased significantly due to elevated adsorption abilities for inclusion in steel slag. During the later stage of refining process,silica was added to regulate the basicity of slag,by which contents of titanium in steel can be controlled effectively and carbide liquid separation could be reduced productively.
