摘    要:试验研究了70钢150 mm×150 mm 小方坯连铸不同工艺参数对铸坯中心C、Mn偏析和二次枝晶间距的影响。结果表明,在一定工况条件下,铸坯中心偏析指数和二次枝晶间距均随拉速的增大而增大,随压下量和比水量的增大而减小。凝固中心处的C元素偏析指数在1.00~1.26之间,而Mn元素偏析指数仅为0.98~1.06。C、Mn元素的偏析规律相同,且随着C偏析的增加,Mn的偏析比也会不断增大。

Abstract:The influence of different continuous casting process parameters on secondary dendrite arming spacing and central segregation(C and Mn) of 70 steel billets of 150mm×150mm has been studied. The results show that, for given process parameters, both central segregation index and secondary dendrite arming spacing increase with the increase of casting speed, and decrease with the increase of soft reduction and secondary cooling intensity. The results show that segregation index of C is between 1.00-1.26 at the solidification center, while the segregation index of Mn is around 0.98-1.06. The segregation tendency of C and Mn are similar under the casting conditions, and the segregation index of Mn increases with the increase of carbon content.
