摘    要:分析1215MS高氧、高硫易切削钢铸坯皮下气泡分布特征及其产生原因,通过控制钢中总氧含量、调整结晶器电磁搅拌参数、改进保护渣理化性能等工艺技术,气泡缺陷得到明显改善,由此提高了钢材及其加工成品的表面质量。

Abstract:Analysis the distribution characteristics and the causes of subcutaneous bubbles in cast slab of the 1215MS high-oxygen and high-sulfur free cutting steel. By controlling the total oxygen content in the steel, adjusting the parameters of the M-EMS, and improving the physical and chemical properties of the mold powder, significantly improve the bubble defects,Thereby improving the surface quality of steel and the finished product.
