低沸点溶剂萃取技术研究

摘    要:文章介绍了低沸点溶剂技术的工艺参数,生产流程和装置,并对几种含有不同脂质成分的天然物料进行萃取研究.结果表明低沸点溶剂不但具有较好溶解选择性,萃取物纯度高、活性成分不受破坏、无溶剂残留等优点,而且低沸点溶剂使用量比传统6号溶剂节省了50%.

Abstract:The paper covers the technical parameter, production flow and the device about low boiling point solvent extraction technology. Several kinds of natural matter containing difference lipid components were extracted with the low boiling point solvent technology. As the result, low boiling point solvent extraction has good selectivity for solution, the extract has high purity, the biological active substances are not destroyed, and there is no solvent residue. In addition, the low boiling point solvent extraction safes solvent by 50% comparing with 6^# solvent extraction.
