摘    要:新疆某金矿矿石载金矿物与脉石矿物之间嵌布关系复杂,围岩蚀变强烈,含泥量大,泥化现象严重,对载金矿物的浮选影响较大。针对该矿石的特点,通过配合使用捕收剂Y89-0、异戊基黄药和Z-105,以及采用泥砂分选工艺,获得了良好的技术指标,金回收率得到显著提高。原矿金品位为3.43 g/t时,闭路试验可获得金回收率90.86%、金品位42.40 g/t的金精矿。

Abstract:The complex association relationship between gold-carrier minerals and gangue minerals, strong alteration of gangue minerals and high content of gangue slime have strong influence on the flotations of a gold ore in Xinjiang. The experimental results show that gold recovery can be improved significantly when the process of mud and sand separation is used along with the use of Y89-0, isoamyl-xanthate and Z-105 as combined collector. A gold concentrate with the recovery of 90.86 % Au and the grade of 42.40 g/t Au can be produced from the feed with the Au grade of 3.43 g/t by the closed-circuit test.
