铜渣法除电解锌溶液中氯的工艺研究

摘    要:采用铜渣法除去电解锌溶液中的氯,并通过正交实验考察了影响铜渣法除氯的各种因素.实验结果表明,铜渣法除氯的最佳工艺条件为:铜渣中铜与Cl-的物质的量的比值为1.25:1,CuSO1·5H2O与Cl-的物质的量之比为0.6:1,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为3 h,初次除氯率达到85%以上.通过二次除氯可使氯离子含量降低至1...

Abstract:In this paper,copper slag method has been applied to decline chlorination concentration in Zinc electrolytic solution and some concerned factors have been studied through orthogonal experiment.The experimental results show that the optimal technology conditions for this method would be: the molar ratio of Copper of copper slag and Cl-is 1.25∶1,the molar ratio of CuSO4 ·5H2O and Cl-is 0.6∶1,the reaction temperature is 70 ℃ and the reaction time is 3 h,the primary dechlorine rate reaches 85% and above.A second-time dechlorine will enable the chlorine content to drop to 100 mg/L.
