| 摘 要： | “如果你不能评价，你就无法管理。”——管理大师彼得·德鲁克（PeterDrucker）。随着市场经济深入发展，企业成为市场经济主体。经营状况好坏，直接关系到自身生存，企业有必要对自身经营状况进行监督和管理，企业业绩评价是监督管理企业的有效方法之一。本文对国内外企业业绩评价的指标体系、存在问题和方法的演进进行阐述，以探讨企业业绩评价的发展过程。

| Abstract: | ＂If you can＇t evaluate, you cant manage.＂ terprises become the main body of the market economy. Operation situation is directly related to their own sur- vival. The enterprise is essential to its operating condition to carry out supervision and management. Enterprise performance evaluation is one of the effective methods for supervision and management of enterprises. This article elaborates the domestic and foreign enterprises performance evaluation index system, problems and methods to ex- plore the evolution of enterprise performance evaluation of the development process. |
