基于模糊聚类的纺织设备运行状态评定研究

摘    要:应用模糊数学理论,构建了纺织设备运行状态判定的模糊聚类方法体系,建立了纺织设备运行状态判定的隶属函数,并以HR521长网式精练机为例进行实证研究,为纺织企业设备运行状态的判定提供了一种新的科学方法.研究结果表明:用模糊数学理论建立判定模型解决纺织企业设备运行状态判定问题是可行的,该HR521长网式精练机的运行状态处于一般状态,且介于一般状态的中间,当前只需要进行项修,而没必要进行大修和更新.
