近红外光谱法检测小麦粉中灰分含量的研究

摘    要:采用化学法测定67个小麦粉样品的灰分含量,利用波通DA7200型近红外光谱分析仪采集样品近红外光谱,选择合适的光谱区间及光谱预处理方法,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)和留一法交叉验证方式建立定标模型.50个定标样品的近红外光谱经二阶导数预处理,由PLS法获得的定标模型的决定系数(R2)为0.897 0.利用17个验证集样品进行外部检验,预测值与真实值之间的相关系数(R2)为0.909 4,预测集标准偏差(SEP)为0.098 0.实验表明,近红外光谱法应用于小麦粉灰分的测定是可行的.

Abstract:The ash contents in 67 samples of wheat flour were analyzed by the standard chemical analysis method.The near infrared spectra of the samples were collected by Perten DA7200 NIR spectrometer.The proper spectral ranges and spectrum pre-treatment methods were selected.The calibration models were established using partial least square(PLS)method and were validated by leave-one-out cross validation.The near infrared spectra of 50 calibration samples were pretreated by the second derivative,and the determination...
