摘    要:通过TIG堆焊工艺试验,建立了填充金属Al含量与Fe-Al合金堆焊层中Al含量之间的对应关系,研究了Al含量对堆焊层裂纹倾向、显微组织、力学性能以及断裂特征的影响规律,确定了获得Fe3Al合金堆焊层所要求的焊丝中Al含量范围,为研制开发Fe3Al堆焊焊丝提供了依据。

Abstract:The correspondent relation between the Al content in filler metals and that in Fe-Al cladding layers was established through TIG cladding procedure tests,and the influence of Al content on the clad cracking,microstructure,mechanical property and fracture characteristic of the cladding layer was also investigated.The Al content range in which the Fe 3 Al could be obtained was determined,so as to provide scientific basis for developing Fe 3 Al cladding wires.
