WTO：国内电信设备制造业的机遇与挑战

加入WTO将使我国电信制造业面临诸多变化和影响，如促进全球一体化竞争、市场竞争将进一步规范、政府对国企的倾斜性政策将减少、各行业的兴衰变化将更明显地互相影响等。另外，跨国公司和国企各自的强弱优劣凸现无遗，市场竞争会非常激烈。因此，我国电信制造业应深入研究WTO规则，建立全球化竞争战略，并应采取一些积极的应对措施。

WTO: Opportunities and Challenges for Domestic Telecom Manufacturing Industry

Joining WTO will cause many changes and impacts on domestic telecom manufacture industry: promoted global competition, further regulated market competition, reduced favorable policies for state-owned enterprises, and thriving and falling of industries' more obvious influence to each other. Moreover, strength and weakness of multinational and state-owned companies will protrude respectively, and market competition would be more intensive. Therefore, domestic telecom manufacturing industry should study the rules of WTO carefully, map out global competition strategy and take positive responsive measures.
