| 摘 要： | 通过对电话手柄塑件的结构特征分析,设计出了模内弧形旋转自动抽芯结构的注塑模具,保证了电话手柄的成型整体性。整套模具结构合理,动作可靠,制品脱模顺利,生产精度高。

| Abstract: | The structure characteristics of the molded part of telephone handle were analyzed.The injection mold with arc rotation automatic core-pulling mechanisn was designed,which ensured the shape integrity of the telephone handle.The mold features are reasonable structure,reliable action,smooth demoulding of product,and high production precision. |
