船舶大功率柴油机的发展与技术创新

摘    要:通过对比国内外船舶柴油机的现状、技术发展趋势、存在的差距认为目前国内大功率柴油机船舶配套率低,没有自主知识产权,关键技术受制于人,已成为影响我国船舶发展的重要瓶颈。为了尽快改变我国船舶柴油机的落后现状,满足不断增长的船舶市场对大功率中、低速柴油机的需求,提出船舶柴油机的发展目标和思路,技术上要坚持走“引进-消化-吸收-再创新”的国产化技术创新之路,才能加快船舶柴油机配套的发展。

Abstract:By analyzing the status,development trend of technology,the widening gap between domestic marine diesel engines and the ones abroad,it is found that there are some disadvantages for domestic high power diesel engine at present,such as lower boarding rate,lack of China′s own IPR,key technologies restricted by others,etc.All of these have become the obstacles to the development of our marine industry.In order to change the lag behind status and satisfy the growing market demands for high power medium and low speed diesel engines,the developing targets and routes are discussed.The only way to increase marine diesel engines′ boarding rate is to follow the innovation way of "introduction-digestion-absorbing-innovation".
