| 摘 要： | 针对设备管理工作在现代企业管理中的重要性,重点介绍了企业在推行6S管理过程中如何结合实际工作做好设备现场管理工作,通过将6S的先进管理模式应用到设备管理工作中,从而实现了设备管理的规范化、制度化,实现了节能降耗,提高了企业效益。

| Abstract: | In this paper,based on the importance of equipment management work in the modern enterprise management,The way how to do good work for equipment management is mainly introduced by the actual work in the course of pursuing 6S management.By applying 6S management model to equipment management,normalization,systemization,energy saving are both realized,efficiency of enterprise is also improved. |
