汽车覆盖件冲压方向的优化

摘    要:本文分析了冲压方向在汽车覆盖件工艺设计中的作用,总结了影响冲压方向选择的诸多因素,通过将空间问题转化为平面问题,导出了以评价函数法为基础的冲压方向优化模型。该模型对拉延件截面形状进行分析,以冲压过程中不得存在死角为约束条件计算单截面的可行域,由此推出了轴向转角的公共可行域,并建立了一组目标函数做为优化对象。利用遍历法在截面转角的公共可行域内进行搜索,求出各个截面的最优值,最后加权平均便可得到目标函数值。文中给出了程序框图和计算实例。

Abstract:In this paper, the roles of stamping direction in process design of autobody panel are analysed, and the factors influencing its choice are summarized. An optimization model based on evaluation function is proposed which converts the problem from 3D to 2D by analysis of the sections of panels. It takes avoidance of dead angle as its constrait to determine the domain of validity. A set of objetive functions are formulated, and the evaluation function is created. optimal rotational angles of the sections are obtained by search method,and the optimal angle for the axis is obtained through weighted average method. The flow chart of the program and a calculation example are given in the paper.
