模糊数学在中频热推弯管工艺参数优化设计中的应用

摘    要:在文献[1]的基础上,采用模糊数学方法进一步研究了中频热推弯管工艺参数—加热温度和推制速度对弯管质量的影响。给出了检验弯管质量的模糊分析方法和设计上述两个工艺参数的三维模糊曲面、二维模糊曲线及其数学模型。从而使弯管质量检验评定结果更符合实际;使工艺参数优化设计过程更直观、更简便。

Abstract:Based on the companion paper[1],by application of fuzzy sets,the influence of the two process parameters,heating temperature and pushing velocity,of medium frequency induction heated pushing bendingtubes to guality is studied.Method to test the guality of bending tubes with fuzzy sets and mathematical model of 3-D fuzzy surface and 2-D fuzzy curve to design the above two parameters are given,which makestesting of the guality of bending tubes more conform to reality,and makes optimal design of the proncess parameters more strightward.
