摘    要:本文运用机械力学活化的理论,结合高KH熟料的显微结构和粉磨特性,以及熟料中fCaO的存在形态和水化特点,探讨了KH对不同窑型熟料混合粉磨效果的影响。研究表明,KH不同的各窑型熟料混合粉磨,因熟料粉磨性能上的差异,一方面改善了水泥的粒度分布,细颗粒含量增加,另一方面促进了熟料的机械力化学活化,熟料矿物产生了较多晶格缺陷,从而提高了水泥的强度,并在一定程度上减轻了fCaO对水泥安全性的不良影响。

The Effect of Mixing Grinding for Different KH Clinker
Abstract:The effect of Lime saturation factor (KH) on combined grinding of clinkers obtained from different types of kilns is studied in the view of mechanochemical activation in this paper. The microstructure and grindability of clinker with high KH,as well as the type and hydration characteristics of free lime in clinkers obtained from different types of kilns are taken into consideration. It has been shown that the combined grinding of clinkers with different KH is helpful to promote mechanochemical activation of clinker and produce more crystal defects. On the other hand ,combined cement presents improvement in partical size distribution and obvious increase in content of fine particles,which to a extent,can counteract the negative effect of free lime on soundness of the combined cement.
