多气门汽油机滚流进气道结构的研究

摘    要:为设计多气门汽油机强滚流进气道,作对所设计的几种滚流进气道模型在稳流试验台上进行了性能测试。结果指明了强滚流进气道对结构的要求,揭示了上大下小的喉口截面形状的进气道可得到较强的滚流强度,但难以提高综合进气性能指标,并证实用滚流进气道与作研制的导流型副气道的组合进气方案可实现提高滚流强度而不牺牲进气流量系数。

Abstract:This paper investigates the way to design higher tumbling intensity inlet ports for multi valve S.I.engines.Various tumbling intake port designs were tested on a steady flow rig.The analysis of the measured results revealed the requirements of the formation of tumble flow by intake ports and clarified that the cross section of the throat part of the port shaped by upper wide and lower nerrow can benefit the tumbling intensity,and even more difinited that under condition of each main port joinning a diversion flow subport which was developed and patended by the authors much higher flow performance can reach.
