| 摘 要： | 以多侧浇口进料为例详细阐述了MPI/Fill的作用,通过应用Moldflow/MPI软件对复杂壳体件模具进行CAE流动分析,显示了Moldflow技术在模具开发过程中对于最佳浇口位置与浇口数量的确定、流道系统的布置、注射参数的优化、模具一次试模成功率等方面起到的突出作用。

| Abstract: | With application of MPI/Fill in analysis of feeding by multi-side gates,its function was introduced in detail.The use of Moldflow/MPI software in CAE flow analysis of mould for complex shell part indicates the technology very effective in determination of optimum gate location and number,arrangement of flow channel,optimization of injection parameters and increase of success ratio of mould tryout. |
