浅析经济新常态石化央企内部审计作用发挥

随着经济新常态概念的提出,凸显出中国经济发展状态呈现出新的变化趋势,包括中国石化在内的中央企业面临重组整合、投身并逐步融合,参与建设统一开放、竞争有序的市场体系当中,对石化央企内审工作的内容和作用发挥提出新的挑战。本课题旨在明确经济新常态内涵和特征的基础上,通过分析经济新常态对石化央企内审工作的影响,明确石化央企内审的职能定位,分析面临的困难,并以中国石化为例归纳总结出经济新常态石化央企内审工作的创新途径。

The Role of Internal Audit in Petrochemical Central Enterprises under Economic New Normal

Under the economic new normal which highlights China's new economic development trend, central enterprises, including Sinopec, are faced with the process of restructuring to participate in and integrate into the construction of a unified, open, competitive and orderly market system, posing new challenges to the internal audit content and role in petrochemical central enterprises. This project aims to understand the connotation and characteristics of the economic new normal, thus analyze the influence of the economic new normal on internal audit work in petrochemical central enterprises, and define the internal audit function in petrochemical central enterprises through analysis of the difficulties ahead. Taking Sinopec as an example, it finally sums up the innovative approach for the internal audit work in petrochemical central enterprises under the economic new normal.
