摘    要:为了精确设计身管强度、弹体强度和精细分析引信解除保险性能,在不同温度的情况下,在考虑药厚、火药力、药量、药室容积和弹丸质量随机性的基础上,应用蒙特卡洛方法和无后坐炮经典内弹道学模型,随机模拟了不同随机因素对内弹道性能的影响,得到了不同随机影响因素下的某无后坐炮内弹道膛压曲线轮廓,高温、低温、常温条件下最大膛压附近的膛压跳动最大值分别为14.088 8 MPa,5.660 3 MPa,7.749 8 MPa。该解算结果能较好地反映出膛内射击过程的变化规律,可用于精确设计身管强度、弹体强度和精确分析引信解除保险性能。

Abstract:In order to accurately design strength of projectile and tube,and precisely analyze the arming performance of fuze,the random effects of random factors on trajectory performance were simulated randomly by combining the classic interior-ballistic model with Monte-Carlo method. The randomness of thickness of gun propellant,force capacity,quality of gun propellant and projectile mass at different temperatures was considered. The contour curved profile of interior-ballistic pressure-curve of recoilless gun was obtained under the conditions of different random factors. The maximum pressure of chamber pressure near the maximum chamber pressure is 14. 088 8 MPa at high temperature; the maximum pressure of chamber pressure near the maximum chamber pressure is 5.660 3 MPa at low temperature; the maximum pressure at room temperature near the maximum chamber pressure is 7.749 8 MPa. The calculation results can reflect the change rule of the shooting process in the chamber. According to the contour of the interior-ballistic bore-pressure curve,the strength of tube and projectile can be designed more accurately,and the arming performance of fuze can be analyzed accurately.
