PDE点火室内凝胶汽油雾化特性的试验研究

摘    要:为了研究凝胶汽油在脉冲爆轰发动机内的雾化特性,采用马尔文粒度仪测试了脉冲爆轰发动机点火室内雾化液滴的索太尔平均直径。为了降低爆轰管内雾化液滴粒径,设计了挡风凹腔结构。试验表明:在未加装挡风凹腔时,脉冲爆轰发动机气源供气压力越大,雾化液滴索太尔平均直径越大; 挡风凹腔可有效改善空气供气压力对撞击式雾化的不利影响,在加装挡风凹腔后,脉冲爆轰发动机气源供气压力越大,雾化后的液滴索太尔平均直径越小; 挡风凹腔结构尺寸越小,凝胶汽油雾化液滴索太尔平均直径越小。

Abstract:In order to investigate the atomization characteristics of gelled gasoline in pulse detonation engine(PDE),the Sauter mean diameter(SMD)of gelled gasoline in the PDE ignition chamber was tested by Malvern particle sizer. The protection cavity was designed to reduce the SMD. The experiments indicate that the SMD increases with the increase of air supply pressure of PDE without protection cavity. The protection cavity can effectively improve the spray effect of air supply pressure on impingement atomization,and the SMD decreases with the increase of air supply pressure of PDE by installing protection cavity. The smaller the protection-cavity size,the smaller the SMD is.
