| 摘 要： | 为掌握石油天然气管道的信息和安全状态,建立管道普查方法,基于油气管道事故统计和失效原因分析,确定普查内容,制定普查表模板,进行试点城市普查实践。对试点城市普查数据进行完整度分析,结果表明:上报数据基本符合普查要求,部分普查表填报率较低的原因是数据缺失,应有针对性地开展专项普查工作。

| Abstract: | To get the details and safety state of oil and gas pipeline, a method was developed for the general survey of pipeline. According to the analysis of oil and gas pipeline accident statistics and failures reasons, the contents and the table template of general survey were determined. The method was applied to 3 pilot cities. The integrity of general survey data was analyzed: Reported data were consistent with the general survey requirements, the lower filling rate of the part of general survey was lack of data. The targeted special general survey should be carried out. |
