| 摘 要： | 用HPLC法测定樟脑丸中萘的含量,并与GC法进行了比较。结果表明,HPLC法所消耗的样品量最少仅为GC法的1/100~1/10;限于所取样品中萘的含量的条件,HPLC法测定下限为8.541×10-2μg。

| Abstract: | The naphthalene content of camphor pellets was determined by HPLC and compared with GC method.The results showed that samples weights consumed by HPLC methods was least only 1/100～1/10 of GC method,detection limit was 8.541×10-2 μg. |
