摘    要:研究了稀土Ce对铝铜合金微观组织的影响以及A14.5Cu合金半固态坯料的制备工艺.实验表明:在Al-4.5Cu合金中加入稀土Ce,细化了合金的微观组织,固液两相区间变窄,改善了合金的凝固性能.浇注温度和浇注方式对合金坯料制备也有明显的影响.在700℃采用斜坡振动铜模水冷浇注可制备性能优良的稀土Al-4.5Cu半固态坯料,其组织为细小均匀的等轴球状晶,且制备工艺简单.

Abstract:The influence of rare-earth Ce on Al-Cu alloy microstructure was discussed,and the preparation process for semi-solid slurry of A1-4.5Cu alloy was researched.The experiments show that adding Ce element into Al-4.5Cu alloy refines the grain of the alloy,the solid-liquid two-phase range gets narrow,and the alloy's solidification capability improves.Pouring temperature and casting methods also play a significant role in the preparation process of Al-4.5Cu.Slope vibration of water-cooled copper mold casting at 700℃ can be used to prepare excellent RE Al-4.5Cu semi-solid slurry,its mierosIntcture is uniform,small equiaxial crystal,and its process is simple.
