硝基苯生产废水的处理研究

摘    要:采用Hz-816吸附树脂对硝基苯生产废水中的硝基苯(浓度为1800mg·L^-1)进行了吸附行为研究.静态和动态实验结果表明,吸附平衡等温线与Freundlieh模型拟合良好.测得热力学参数分别为吸附过程热效应△H=-11.66kJ/mol;熵变△S=27J/mol·K,以及温度288K、298K和308K时的自由能变为:△G298=-3.197kJ/mol,△G308=-3.366kJ/mol,△G318=-3.418J/mol.该树脂对硝基苯浓度达1800mg·L^-1的废水具有良好的吸附能力,废水经吸附以后硝基苯浓度可降低至2.5mg·L^-1.

Abstract:The adsorption behavior of nitrobenzene in the production wastewater(concentration 1800 mg/L) was studied in the static and dynamic test systems using a HZ-816 macroporous resin.The adsorption isotherm fitted the Freundlich model very well.The adsorption parameters of thermodynamics are ΔH=-11.66 kJ.mol-1,ΔS=53.7 J/mol·K,ΔG288K=-9.32 kJ/mol,ΔG298K=-18.0 kJ/mol,ΔG308K=-10.34 kJ/mol.The concentration of the wastewater containing nitrobenzene was decreased from 1 800 mg·L-1 to 2.5 mg·L-1 after the treatment with the HZ-816 macroporous resin as adsorbent.
