| 摘 要： | 耕地保护是一个受诸多因素交互影响的动态系统。耕地保护系统的发展运行与其所受营力作用息息相关。耕地保护营力系统由外营力子系统和内营力子系统相互作用，共同构成，前者含耕地保护的驱动力、支撑力和阻滞力，后者由压力、拉力和阻力组成。本文通过对我国耕地保护的营力系统的分析，提出了构建耕地保护的合理路径。

| Abstract: | The cuhivatived protection is a dynamic system affected by many interactions factors. Development and running of the cultivatived protection system is closely related to agent. The cuhivatived protection agent system consists of the exogenetic force subsystem and the endogenetic force subsystem. The exogenetic force subsystem contains the driving force, supporting forces and hinders; the endogenetic force is composed of the pressure, the pulling force and the resistance. Through the analysis on the euhivatived protection agent system in China, this paper constructs the reasonable way of the cultivatived protection. |
