| 摘 要： | 天然生物可降解材料具有优良的生物相容性，良好的生物力学功能、物理化学性能、生物性能．且原料来源广泛，目前在生物医学领域得到了广泛应用。本文就应用最广的丝素、胶原和壳聚糖与甲壳质等几种主要的可生物降解材料在医学上的用途作一综述。

| Abstract: | The natural biodegradable materials should have fine biological compatibility, good biomechanical function,physicochemical property and biological performance. The sources of raw materials are extensive. They have applied in bio-medicial field at present. Recent research on biodegradable materials such as silk fibroin , collagen , chitosan and chitin are widely used in bio-medicial field are reviewed in this paper. |
