摘    要:为解决钻井野外饮水难的问题,通过对江淮流域的水质调查,研制出一种宜于钻井队职工饮水用的源水处理装置。装置对水的处理过程分为净化阶段和深度处理阶段。净化阶段采用混凝、澄清和过滤合一的一体化净水器;深度处理阶段采用美国最新净化技术———派斯滤水系统来取代国内外常用的RO膜反渗透技术。经过净化的水质优于国家规定的生活饮用水标准。经钻井队近一年的使用证明,这种装置结构合理,性能可靠,并且运行费用低于其他水处理方法,已在江苏油田推广使用。

Abstract:To ensure the drill crew drinking clean water, a river water treating device is designed. The water is treated in two steps, i.e. cleansing and further disposal. An integrated water cleaning device functioning condensing, clearing and filtering is adopted in cleansing, and the Paiss water filtering system is used instead of RO film reverse permeation technique during further disposal. Operation in drill crew shows that the drinking water treating device is simple in structure, reliable in performance and low in cost.
