摘    要:将基于暂态行波的接地选线技术应用于现场,实现了基于电流行波的配电系统故障选线装置SL-11,并在现场对装置进行了多次试验。介绍了基于暂态电流行波的故障选线基本原理,其不受中性点接地方式的影响,设计了装置硬件和选线算法,解决了暂态行波获取和分析问题。最后,分析了行波选线装置现场试验情况。现场试验结果表明:基于暂态行波的故障选线原理是正确的,基于高速采样技术和小波算法的行波选线装置是可行的,行波选线装置SL-11能够满足现场运行的需要。

Abstract:The grounding line selector SL-11 has passed field tests of single-phase-grounding line selection in non-solidly grounding system,which is based on current transient traveling wave.Its basic principle is presented,which is immune to the grounding modes of neutral point.Its hardware design and line selection algorithm are introduced,as well as the capture and analysis of transient traveling waves are solved.The field tests are discussed,which show that,its working principle is correct,its high-speed sampling technique and wavelet algorithm are feasible and it meets the requirements of field operation.
