位移传感器静态自动标定及测试结果分析

摘    要:以自动标定系统取代传统的非接触式电涡流传感器手工静态标定方式,提高了测试精度和速度,具有精度高、结构简单、操作方便等优点,并利用该系统采样密集和精度高的优点,可深入探求传感器品质、制造工艺与配套环境之间的关系。

Abstract:A static characteristics auto-calibration system for non-contact eddy current displacement sensor is presented.The system solves the long tedious manual handling problems and improves the test accuracy and speed.Compared with the traditional manual method,this system has the advantages ofhigh precision,simple structure and easy operation.The relationship among sensor quality,manufacturing process and supporting environment can be explored deeply based on the high acquisition density and precision of system.
