摘    要:研究了挤压铸造比压对大高径比(M=7)ZA27合金杯形铸件组织与不同部位性能的影响。随着比压的增大,ZA27合金杯形铸件的显微组织中α-Al枝晶发生破碎,枝晶逐渐细化,性能显著提高。

Abstract:The influence of squeeze casting on cup-shaped ZA27 alloy castings with high ratio of height to thickness (M=7) was investigated. The effect of difference of mechanical properties in different parts of a casting by pressure is compared. With the increasing of the pressure, the mechanical properties is increased and the microstructure is refined.
