富氧助燃空气预热下铜精炼阳极炉排烟热损失研究

摘    要:根据能量平衡原理,建立了基于富氧助燃预热下铜精炼阳极炉高温烟气热损失的数学模型,并根据该模型进行计算。结果表明:随着预热燃烧风中含氧量的增加,铜精炼阳极炉还原期高温烟气热损失减少趋势十分明显,节能效果显著。此外,给出了一些合理化建议,有利于铜精炼阳极炉还原期节能效果进一步提高。

Abstract:A mathematical model of heat loss of high temperature smoke vented from rotary anode furnace in copper refining with oxygen enriched air warm-up burning is established based on the principle of energy balance. The value of heat loss is calculated by using the model. The results show it is obvious that the heat loss of high temperature smoke in deoxidization period of copper refining anode furnace decreases along with the increasing of oxygen concentration on the warm-up burning air, and its energy saving effect is also remarkable. Furthermore, some reasonable advices are given and they should be beneficial to enhance more energy saving in deoxidization period of copper refining anode furnace.
