多环槽式磁流变阻尼器阻尼力建模及实验分析

摘    要:介绍了自行设计的多环槽式磁流变阻尼器的结构和工作原理,提出了关于磁流变液的线性粘滞环阻尼力模型,并给出模型中参数的确定方法。通过液压激励试验台系统测试了磁流变阻尼器在不同电流、输入激励下的阻尼力-速度、阻尼力-位移特性。结果表明,在不同的输入电流及输入激励下,该模型都能较好地反映磁流变液的滞回特性,与阻尼器实验数据有较好的拟合精度。线性的力学模型方便计算与控制研究,为磁流变液阻尼器在半主动控制中的应用研究提供指导。

Modeling and experimental analyzing of damping force of the multi-ring grooves MRF damper
Abstract:The structure and principle of multi-ring grooves magnetorheological fluid(MRF) damper were introduced in this paper. The model of linear viscous loop damping force on MRF and the definition of its parameters were introduced. With the help of the hydraulic excitation test system, the dynamical characteristics of MRF damper including damping force versus speed and displacement were tested under different electric current and exciting conditions. According to the result, the model can reflect the hysteretic characteristics of the MRF very well with different inputs of electric current and excitation, and has a better fitting precision with the experimental data of the model. The linear mechanical model is easy to calculate and control, andprovide guidance for MRF damper applied research in the semi-active control.
