摘    要:为开发适用于轮船离心泵叶片的优质钢种,兼顾其强韧性、耐磨蚀性和可焊性要求,研制了低碳、高硅含量的新型高强耐磨铸钢NMZ1,并优化了其热处理工艺.显微分析与力学性能试验结果表明,NMZ1耐磨钢经分级淬火(1000 ℃完全奥氏体化,油淬5 s至350 ℃保温1.5 h后空冷至室温)处理后,组织为均匀细密的针状贝氏体和马氏体混合组织,其硬度、拉伸强度和冲击韧性均较高,综合力学性能良好.

Abstract:NMZ1 wear-resistance cast steel used for leaf blade of centrifugal pump with low carbon and high silicon content was designed and its heat treatment process was optimize to achieve high toughness,good corrosion resistance and weldability.Microstructure and mechanical properties were tested.It is shown that the microstructure of NZM1 steel austempered(austenitized at 1000 ℃,then oil cooled for 5 s,and austempered at 350 ℃ for 1.5 h,subsequently cooled in air)includes acicular bainite and lath martensite,and the mechanical properties are preferable with high hardness,tensile strength and impact value.
