湿法烟气脱硫GGH换热元件的结垢问题

摘    要:三河发电有限责任公司一期脱硫GGH换热元件结垢,不仅导致净烟气不能达到设计要求的排放温度,对下游设备造成腐蚀,同时增加了吸收塔耗水量,降低了脱硫效率;更严重的是GGH换热元件结垢严重,将引起增压风机出力增加,从而导致喘振,影响机组以及脱硫系统的安全运行。因此,改善GGH换热元件结垢势在必行。文章给出了详细的分析以及改善措施,力求提高锅炉的经济性和安全性。

Abstract:Desulfurization of phase one GGH heat exchanger components scaling of Sanhe Power Generation Limited Liability Company,not only results in wet gas being incapable to meet the discharge temperature required,but also causes corrosion on downstream equipments,and meanwhile,increases the water consumption of absorption tower,lowers desulfuration-efficiency,a worse thing is: the GGH heat exchanger components scaling is serious,that will cause the increase in output of booster-fan,and lead to surge,consequently impact the safe operation of the unit and the desulfurization system.Therefore,improving the GGH heat exchanger components scaling is inevitable.This paper provides a detailed analysis and improvement measures,aiming at enhancing the economic efficiency and security of the boiler.
