酚酞聚芳醚酮的成型工艺及其摩擦磨损性能研究

摘    要:探讨了酚酞聚芳醚酮(PEK—C)成型工艺中温度、压力等因素对材料性能的影响,并找出了较佳的成型工艺。用MM-200型摩擦磨损试验机研究了各种试验条件对PEK—C摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,滑动速度、负荷均影响PEK—C的摩擦磨损性能;随着滑动速度、负荷的增大,PEK—C产生的局部温升导致摩擦系数降低,磨损加剧。

Abstract:The influence of such factors as temperature and pressure on material properties in moulding process of PEK-C was inquired, and a better moulding technique of PEK-C has been found. The effect of testing conditions on friction and wear properties of PEK-C was studied using a model MM-200 friction and wear tester. The testing conditions i.e., speed and load affected friction and wear behavior of the PEK-C obviously. With the increasing of speed and/or load, friction coefficient of PEK-C decreased, wear of PEK-C increased. The results were due to micro-melting of PEK-C surface.
