注塑模模流设计的技术要领

摘    要:结合注塑模设计和生产的实际,重点介绍了注塑模模流设计在浇口数目、流动形态、浇口定位、熔接线位置、浇道设计等方面的技术要领。就是根据充填模穴时需要的压力来决定浇口数目,在流动平衡的状况下确定浇口位置、选择浇口位置时,必须考虑充填过程的流动方式。为确保产品质量,应尽量减少浇口数目从而相应的减少熔接线的条数。熔接线及熔接线的位置,必须控制在最不影响成品品质的区域内。浇道是针对具体的产品,同时考虑以上诸多因素,有时甚至要在生产的实际中不断改进而设计出的。

Abstract:Combined with the design of injection molds and actual production,technical gists ofinjection molding design are introduced on the number of gates,flow pattern,gate position,weldline position and runner design.The number of gates is decided by required filling pressure.The flow pattern must be considered to determine and choose gate positions on the condition ofbalanced flow.In order to guarantee product quality,the number of gates should be reduced aspossible to reduce the number of weldlines.Weldlines must be in the region that affects the qualityleast.Runners are designed by considering individual product and the above factors and sometimescorrected in practice.
