摘    要:介绍了一种实用的大型液压系统故障诊断方法,针对调试过程的难以判断或者难以解决的常见故障问题,做了比较详细的故障机理分析,给出了相应的故障处理措施与合理建议.这一研究对类似的大型液压系统的设计、制造、安装、调试、故障处理和维修有重要的指导意义.

Abstract:An applied fault detection method for a large hydraulic system was presented. Aimmed at the familiar faults which are difficult to judge or deal with during debugging, the detailed fault mechanism analyses were researched, and the corresponding fault treatments and advices were given. The researches are very important to the design, manufacture, installation, adjusting, fault mechanism analyses and treatements of the similar large hydraulic system.
