| 摘 要： | 工程量清单计价作为一种新的计价模式,正在逐步替代以往的定额计价模式,这种计价模式的变革势必会对建筑行业产生根本的影响.通过工程量清单计价模式对建设单位招标中的风险进行分析,结合工作实践提出相应的防范对策.
