| 摘 要： | ＯＲＡＣＬＥ数据库管理系统及其开发工具Ｄｅｖｅｌｏｐｅｒ／２０００，为人们提供了一个完善的Ｃｌｉｅｎ／Ｓｅｒｖｅｒ应用环境和可视化开发工具。文章结合河北省地税局税收业务的具体特点，详细论述了基于ＯＲＡＣＬＥ的税收信息管理系统的数据库设计、业务需求的分析、程序的编码、日常维护等问题。
