数值模拟技术在湿法脱硫除雾器优化设计上的应用

摘    要:利用数值模拟技术,通过改变烟气流速、叶片间距、布置级数、液滴直径等参数,对折板式除雾器内多相流流场进行数值模拟计算,分析了各参数对脱水率的影响,提出了提高脱水率的可行性方案。模拟结果与现场实际运行情况基本吻合,表明数值模拟技术可用于湿法脱硫除雾器的优化设计。

Abstract:Adopting the numerical simulation technology,through varying parameters,such as flue gas flow velocity,blade spacing,number of allocated stages,and diameter of fluid-drop etc.,numerical simulation and calculation of multi-phase flow field in the folded plate type demistor have been carried out,the influence of each parameter upon the dewater efficiency being analysed,and a feasible scheme for enhancing the dewater efficiency being put-forward.The result of simulation basically tallies with practical operation situation in the field,proving the numerical simulation technology can be used for optimized design of the demistor for wet desulfuration.
